I'm just wondering what food sources have dextrose and maltodextrin, I'd like to incorporate this into my post workout drink. I also read the nutrition 101 and noticed it said a 2:1 ratio of protein and these sugars, so is that twice as much protein as sugars, or vice versa? Would a fruit salad in syrup work (just the type you get at the grocery store)? Thanks for your help!
