do sore muscles require extra calories? or any extra anything, should i eat the same as i would on a workout day as i would every other day? or should i say, should i eat the asme everyday as i do on a workout day.
idk, i always drinbk Orange Juice tho, i love it, it tastes good and its healthy, if your muscle are sore, its good to work on them, but also to take a rest on the next day
well my thought was, you know they are still rebuilding, and so if my legs were sore, maybe they would need more energy to function at a normal capacity. if you understand what im trying to say, but im pretty sure it really wouldnt make a difference. knowledge is power.
the only thing i would recommend is to have a protein shake give it that extra protein right away to help repair the damage. like drifta said its just damaged tissue repairing its self, but usually only happens the first few times you work out then it goes away your your muscles get used to the constant slaughter.
