I generally run about 5-8 miles a day 5-6 days a week upon lifting and swimming. I was just wondering if there's a good way to avoid sore knees during and after runs? Would anything like shoes or form affect this problem? Or would just a good iceing following a long run help? Its not a horrible intollerable pain but I'd be a lot happier if I didn't have it lol
