Alright I'm 6'1 and 185 pounds. I play quarterback and I'm going to be a junior. I love working out and getting better. I will do whatever it takes to run faster, jump higher, be more explosive and overall improve my game. I'm looking for lifting workouts, sprinting workouts, plymetrics, etc. to help me improve my game. If you have any tips, suggetions, or programs they are greatly appreciated.
