Sport something to snack

can you guys recommend me something to snack ( a lot)that it has few calories, that it does not have many calories, and that does not get fat? thx
 
I would not recommend snacking at all. Instead focus on 5-6 meals throughout the day, each containing protein, carbs, and fats. Have a look around the Healthy Recipes section for some homemade bars that maybe could help you out for on the run.
 
If you need a low cal snack, snack on fruits and vegetables. They're very low cal.
