I want to gain weight. If I drink a glass of whey protein with milk every night would I gain weight without exercising? 5'8 and 125lbs is not a good feeling...at all.
I don't mind if it is. I would love to work out if its all fat. Working out and being skinny makes me feel so dry and dehydrated throughout the day no matter how much fluids I drink.
Your body fat doesn't play much role in how much you sweat. It'd be a better use of your time to simply stick to working out as you are now. Especially since, if you have a high metabolism, your fat gain is likely to be slow anyway.
