Wow. That sucks.

I think you know what you need to get done. If not, you wouldn't be regretting it. Aside from your atrocious diet...your workout really sucked. I would be sad that I wasted the creatine and protein.

That's cool though, just get back on the ball. Don't dwell on this. Just aknowledge that it happened and move on.

Well if you're on any system I am familiar with, the school year is just about over. Got any stats?

It doesn't really matter though...if you will get there in that time, you will get there. But the best way to do it is to workout with 8-12 reps per sets, for as many sets until you fail or come close. Your diet should be high in protein, low in saturated fats, low in sugar, high in fiber, and make sure you get your vitamins in. You should be doing cardio < 3 times a week. You should get plenty of rest, and drink a lot of water. Stick to this and you'll be ripped as soon as possible. If it's not as soon as you wanted, tough. But you'll be there eventually.

Well school ends in like three months so I should have plenty of time.... I guess I should start drinking water (as I never do and I'm not proud of this)

cardio? (I learned this in P.E. but I forgot, was it running?)
what vitamins are good? (I use centrum)

Well I'm 5'7, 120lbs, 14 years old, what else should I tell you?

Don't really need to know much else. Hey, just read this site and other sites around for your info. If you have any questions, just ask. But make sure you do your research so that you really learn it.

A lot of fitness savvy folks on here say Centrum is full of fillers and useless junk. You might want to look into that.

I don't know about the creatine, but the protein is pretty good. Hopefully you have more of a workout when you drink it, though. Lol

Don't forget to keep reading up on the forums and ask questions when you've got more.
