Man i have literally been trying to lose the same weight for nearly 5 years. i start off great and can usually drop about 25 pounds in about 3 months of working out but it always comes back. and not only comes back it fluctuates. When i gain the original weight back it always comes with about 10 extra pounds....every fucking time. ive tried everything any suggestions. i havent been very successful with determining which supplements are the best to use Link Removed has a few things ive been thinking about trying but im skeptical. let me know what you guys think

Hi and welcome
Can I just ask how have you lost the weight before? I.e. What was your nutrition and exercise plan and why are you thinking about supplements? I ask because better nutrition habits are (in my opinion) the only way to make changes that last. If you're not going to be on supplements forever there seems to be little point in starting, plus it's an expensive way of doing things. I tend to favour the low sugar route, you can shred fat fast and combine with strength training. Happy to chime in with some advice if you like but my first bit would be to skip the supplement route.
