Some trick to not feel hungry

Hello there! I'm a big guy from Belarus and my weight is 276 pounds. It didn't bother me much until last month when I've met my love. :p

Hi juiry.

Unfortunately, there is no trick to not feel hungry that will not affect your weight and health in the long run. I guess you want to lose weight and the solution you thought of is to eat less. In my opinion, if you want to lose weight you must eat.

It's probably what you eat, not how much you eat.

My tips to feeling less hungry are: 1) Up your water intake significantly, particularly between meals, and 2) Start eating low carb, high fiber foods, such as okra or similar vegetables (doubt you can get okra were you are).

Also, stay active and exercise!

Good luck!

Welcome. I agree with outdoorsintexas here. Increase your water intake but mostly good nutrition is the answer here. If your getting lots of nutrient rich foods (in form of good carbs, proteins and fats) you won't be hungry all the time. You may have a week or 2 where you're craving sugary food but that's not hunger. Perhaps a bit of info on your current nutrition would get some suggestions. Good luck buddy!

Hi guys: I’m new to this forum my current goal aside from drinking more water is to log my food to stay within my daily allotted calorie count.

My belief is that if I can log in my food as I eat it, I will stay within my calories and will ultimately reduce my waistline.

What do u think???

logging as you eat is great, but planning ahead a little helps as you can't take back something you have already eaten.

It sounds like you mean plan my daily meals and pretrack. I find the planning my daily food intake a lot easier during the work week than on days off.

Currently, I’ll go grocery shopping & on days off Cook for the Work week, divid the food up in Rubbermaid containers with fruit and vegetables, snacks and breakfast. I prefer to eat my largest meal during the day.

But when it comes to eating for dinner time I don’t plan that out as carefully as I do the rest of the day although I keep different foods in my head to eat.

I will begin planning my dinner time meals the same way I do the other meals.

Thanks

Reduce appetite naturally drinking one glass of pure water the juice of one lemon in the morning before eating breakfast. This will help to curb your cravings throughout the day.

It's great to see all kinds of advice on how to not feel hungry.

Feeling hungry is a signal that the body sends to the brain, saying that he needs to be nourished.
By applying all kinds of tricks to reduce the appetite, all you do is to fool your body. It's like taking pain relief pills when you have a toothache.

You might fool your body a day, two three until one day, or night when you'll give up and eat everything you have in the fridge.

I know many of you can relate.

Better to focus on eating regularly, eating the right foods and exercise.

Hi Valentin:

It's not that I'm hungry; I don't know the last time I really felt hungry but its more to stop eating when I'm not hungry that I am trying to concor. I'm sure many of us in this forum eat regulary and when the office is celebrating a birthday with cake, or pizza Friday, or when cookies are left on the lunch room table. Eating when I'm not hungry is what my challenge is.
