Sport some questions...

I`ve a few Qs in my mind.. would luv to get some answers...

1) can we gain lean mass muscle without supplements!?

2) the best thing to have before n after workout (other than supplements) for someone who' really need to bulk some 10odd kgs atleast?

3) whole milk or high calcium low fat milk?

4) ... supplements.. do they really work? do they really make a difference? and are they safe?

1. Of course. Supplements are just that, a supplement to a good nutritional strategy. I don't use any supplements other than whey protein, which I really don't consider a supp.

2. Fast digesting carbohydrates and protein.

3. I drink skim.

4. Dude, there are so many supplements out there that serve so many different purposes, that statement is so blanket. If you are trying to figure otu if you need supplements in order to reach your physique goals, the answer is no, you don't.
 
Thankx, but can u plz list down a few..? n both before n after.. its the same? i.e. cabs n proteins? n do u ppl have it right before n after.. or give some sorta gap?

what do u take?

Fast digesting protein--protein powder

High GI carbs--bagels, rice cakes, maltodextrin powder, english muffins.

I have my postworkout when I get home from the gym (so between 15-20 minutes).
