Im sorry for asking, what im sure, has been asked a thousand times before. Im about 190 lbs and 5 feet 10 inches tall and looking to lose about 25lbs. I workout and jog on alternate days. I was told that if i workout a lot i will end up losing muscle mass as i dont take a protein shake. I would realy appreciate some advice as to how to lose fat and maintain muscle mass without havig to eat meat post workout everyday.
