will a 45 minute jog burn more fat than a 10 minute HIIT if done 3 times a week?
The reason i'm asking this is because I want to know if jogging is actually a better fat loss method than HIIT (except for jogging causing muscle loss).
I was thinking....
would catabolisis (however it's spelt) be too much of a problem if I was just to do jogging instead of HIIT, and then once I've lost my gut fat switch to weight training to get my muscle mass back again?
