good exercises are playstation 2- Dance Dance Revolution, Wii- Wiifit, tae bo, go to you tube and type in the type of place you want to work on and type exercise after it, the bender ball, a trampoline, gets like 5, 10 pounds weights, walk, and thats all i have heard of thats good. to do a push up push from the back of the couch (beginners), handle ( intermediate), seat and floor (expert).


also drink 1 gallon of water a day. drink diet soda, tea, coffee. only use stevia, splenda, agave (its like honey).

start off to exercise 2-3 days a week. exercise 30 mins a day and then work to 45 to 1 hour and dont go over an hour. try to get to 4-5 days a week. but do 2-3 for acouple of months.

eat lots of veggies. dont eat past 8 oclock at night. have like 5-6 meals a day and 2-3 hours between meals. have 2 days a week for cheat days. for breakfast have whey protein powder. (make it into a shake). have a snack between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner. have around 8-9 or more hours of rest. have protein the size of your palm.


thats just some things ive learned that work.

you know what else works? actually reading around this forum before posting...

So, from my understanding, I should drink diet soda for the rest of my life instead of milk?
