Sport Some good protien shake recipes

When getting in shape drinkging the same protein everyday gets old. Here is a list of shakes that will last at the very least a few weeks.

10 ounces half percent milk
1 banana
1/2 cup dry oats
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
1 tablespoon all natural omega-3 fortified peanut butter
1 scoop protein powder w/creatine
