For a long time I've been trying to lose weight. I go to the gym to do cardio everyday and drink water and juices more than ever, but I still can't seem to shake the caffeine monkey off my back, in other words, soda. I recently tried buy that Crystal Light, but it tastes completely horrible and I was wondering if any of you had any tips as to how to quit such unhealthy drinking habbits and replace it with something better. Also, is V8 Splash a healthy drink choice? I believe it only has like 80 calories and seems ok. Any help would be appriciated.
