Ive been tracking my food, I always log it and eat 1500 calories, Ive been doing it for probably 4 months but it seems like im not really losing weight anymore, Can you guys give me any tips of things I should include in my diet or stop eating? I dont eat vary many things. But for liquid i usually drink 2/3 diet mountain dew thats zero calories or 1/3 water Also one day i ate mcdoanlds cheeseburgers, I never eat cheeseburgers that was just one day that was the only food available, One day I ate a slice of pizza and i havent had pizza in months, and one day I ate 2000 calories, I almost never go over 1500 that much.

Also sorry its as a picture, thast the only way I could do it.

Where are your veggies? Why so many protein shakes? You're loading up on carbs and protein and lots of junk .. and very little there that's actually healthy (outside of the chicken).

Veggies, fruits, complex carbs (not burgers and chicken sandwiches). And lose the protein shakes for some real food.

thanks for the feedback, be more spisific though what do you mean by junk? where are the carbs coming from? im clueless when it comes to nutrition

Junk = fries, doritos, double cheeseburgers, pizza, chicken nuggets
Carbs = fries, doritos, buns (from burgers and sandwiches), garlic bread

Your diet should consist of
Veggies and fruits - primarily
Lean proteins - chicken, beef, fish, low-fat dairy (not fried chicken nuggets or hamburgers)
Complex carbs - whole grains, oats, beans & legumes
Healthy fats - olive oil, nuts and seeds (including natural peanut and almond butters), avocados, etc.

If you're trying to be healthy, multiple bags of doritos, fries, double cheeseburgers, etc., have no place in your diet except as occasional treats.

Thank you. I never eat pizza fries or cheese burgers though. Those were just things i happened to eat this week because that was all that was available. I hate cheeseburgers and I haven't had pizza in months before that one time.

Well, you posted this as your week's diet and asked for advice and tweaks. My advice is that this is not a healthy or balanced died.

If it's not what you eat normally, then maybe you should list what you eat normally.

I don't know what else to tell you.

Dont worry, you already have helped alot and i appreciate it ill be trying to cut out some of those carbs and eat more veggies and fruits, arent alot of fruits bad because of sugar?

Um ... forgive me, but I find this question kind of funny from someone who eats 2 bags of doritos, etc. :)

The idea that fruit is "bad" because of the natural sugars it contains is just really silly. You'd be better off eating more fruit and ditching all the processed carbs.

back onto the Doritos, I did not eat 2 family sized bags of Doritos. they were those tiny ones with about 10 chips :ack2:

Yes, I can tell that from the nubmer of calories.

My point is the same, worrying about the sugar in fruits while you chow down on doritos is silly.

You keep making excuses for the things you eat - it wasn't a big bag, I don't normally eat that, I don't even like that, etc.

None of those things matter. This is what you posted that you ate, and that's what you asked for comment on. I honestly don't know what you're asking for here.

You post that you eat tons of junk and simple carbs and fat and then ask shouldn't you limit fruits due to the sugars. That's like asking if you should stop drinking red wine, while you're shooting up heroin.

You're worrying about the wrong things and you're making a lot of excuses for what you are eating.
