So recently over the last 9 months I lost weight and had a really defined neck and face, which was something I had not intended but got anyways. Thennnn kind of went off the deep end and buffet ate at costco and nearly every weekend ate my face off with sweets for about 3 months, i didnt do any exercise really during this.

Needless to say now I have stopped this when I realized my neck fat came back. When I lost weight I rid my bike literally everyday. But as soon as I noticed the neck fat and stopped eating sweets, I also got a job that keeps me up and moving all the time now, and I intend to ride my bike on my off days.

With that also my diet is basically fruit, salad and not too much fatty foods, a burger is usually the worst i eat or two pieces of fried chicken. So my question is, with the cut out of sweets and the new up and moving job/bike ride on the days off, will this neck fat ever really go away or will i have to subject myself to a daily ride like before? Trust me, theres alot of it now :(....darn costco.

Thanks for any help.

The more weight you lose the less fat you'll have on your body so your neck fat will reduce eventually. If it's one of the first places you put on weight then unfortunately it will probably be one of the last you lose it from!!
The bike ride most likely had nothing to do with it, but more the fact you were losing weight.

Hey jrr
You really need to go a bit easy on yourself. You did it once, so you can do it again and this time you can change it permanently by keeping good thoughts about yourself and stop looking at yourself in a negative way. You now are focusing on how you have failed yourself instead of how much you accomplished when you lost the weight before. I challenge you to focus on how good you felt and how great you wil feel again.
Oh yes and welcome as well.
From someone who knows how it feels.
Kind Regards
Janice (finally)
