So many choices..

Ok, im 19, 136lbs and 5.5. Ive been lifting for about 5 months 5 days a week and just in the past 2 weeks started running. I’m looking to start taking something to help optimize what I currently do but do so as healthy as possible (not looking for any magic pills). Any suggestions on what to take?

I was thinking of starting off with a basic multivitamin and antioxidant. Don’t even know where to begin in picking which brand. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
 
Green Tea, fish oil (any), and stay away from big box store multi's. I take AST 32x Pro Complex and like it.
 
Source Naturals vitamins, their "Life Force" line....has a very high absorption rate, which is all you really want in a multi.

I just picked up a 180cap bottle for $16 online.
 
Ok, I went out to the local gnc and they didn’t have the 32 pro complex, so I bought mega men sport dietary supplement. Since I live in the boonies its best I get what is available around here. Any one has any info or reviews this product?
