Who would think someone who's running 45km a week can PUT on weight not happy at all with all the effort I'm putting in.
So I need recipes, things I can snack on that are HEALTHY and make me feel full. Obviously the fruit buns aren't going too well for me at the moment. Does anyone have any good recipes I can have that will help me refuel after running and also when I do weights? I'm freaking out here, I haven't gained any weight since my big 50kg weight loss and I'm scared I'm losing control.
