For the whole week i caught a really bad cold, i tryed to run but it just didn't feel good like i felt no energy tired and dizzy. I hear people say it's not good to run when you are sick. so i stopped it's been exactly a week and i'm gonna go run tomorw, how much do u i'll be worse by after a week without running? Help any idea and one week without working out is not gonna be a big deal to m body is it?
