Ooh, this is going to be good. Me and a friend bet 100 bucks each that one of us would be bigger than the other by the end of the summer, giving us 6 months. Part of the deal, though, was that neither of us could gain above 2% + body fat, to make sure that it is muscle mass ![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
He can take as many supplements as he wants, whatever the hell he wants to do as long as he stays within the margin. I, on the other hand, will prove him wrong by taking no supps but whey and a multivitamin. The point that I am trying to get across to him is that diet is huge, and apparently this is the only way that I can convince him. Any other suggestions that I should add or change to the bet to make it a bit more interesting?
