I lost 35 pounds from starting March 2007,(went from 255lb to 220lb) I'm about 6ft tall. It's getting really hard for me to go any further. I move a lot, I love walking, I do crunches almost everyday, Now I even started running on a boardwalk. IT DOES NOT SEEM TO HELP MUCH. Please someone give me a solution to my problem. Here is my picture, Please, I'm not trying to show off I just want someone to tell me what's the best for me with my body type.
