I am 15, 5'8, and last time I checked 250 pounds.
I've started doing 30 minutes of cardio everyday in the morning (except one day a week), completely stopped drinking soda, and have been eating much less than I used to (not really different food just less of it).
My psych switched me to a antidepressant called Wellbutrin which has weight loss as a common side effect.
I would eat a ridiculous amounts. Going back for thirds, eating entire large pizzas, etc. Now i have been eating less of all food given to me.
Any tips?
