Sport So first day.. Would like some opinions on it.

First heres me

16 Male
255 pounds
6'5"
Just lookin to lose a lot of weight, then bulk

Alright, so this is my first day dieting/excersising, and would like some opinions on it like if Im eating to much, not working out enough, not enough protein, etc.

(8:30) Ran a mile on tredmill
(9:00) Bowl of bran cereal (no milk) with some strawberrys and 1 egg. Also had my multivitaman, fish oil, and some protein powder in water)
(11:00) Had a handful of mixed nuts and a couple pieces of celery
(12:30) Turkey sandwhich on white bread with mustard and some celery.
(1:00) Did pushups and crunches
(3:25) Had a piece of fish (Gorden's frozen fish) with some corn and a banana

And i will probably eat dinner at around 5:30 or 6:00 which will be maybe a tuna sandwhich with some brocoli or something along those lines, and then at around 7:30 or 8:00 i will run another mile.
