So far am doing great

For the Past month I have been doing two Days of Hip Hop Abs One hour each day and 38 Mins of tae-bo Boot camp for the other three days and depending on how am feeling I jogg and walk for about 40 mins either on saturday if am not tired or sunday when i gain my strength back. i am a 5ft 11inch female.. So far i lost about 24lbs I started at 299lbs:) now am at 275lbs and still going down No stopping here :driving::driving: ..


before I started i could not run 20 steps now I can run for 20mins or more.. I realize I have been at the 275lb mark for about two weeks so I got a more advance tae-bo DVD at walmart... this one is about 51 mins long, I decided to incorporate this DVD into my workout to confuse my body. I realize that my body was getting use to the same workouts so am planning on adding more DVD's to my collection just so I dont get bored.


It is Hard the first three weeks but after awhile am now use to it. I watch alot of youtube video's to gain motivation and meditate daily to know myself more spiritually:Angel_anim:.

This is not for me just to lose weight but this is a life style change that I am taking on.. I quit drinking .......:beerchug:and smoking:sifone: so that my body will remain cleansed and purified and now am single I decided to remain celebit ... This is a mind and body experience am going through my goal weight is to be at 175lbs being that am 5'11.... So this is to be continues :)
