How many calories do I fricken need to lose weight?
I had myself at a goal at like 1400 a day.
And if I go over it I really beat myself up about it.
BTW
My weight is 200 (gasp) pounds, Im 5'8". I ushually excerise of stay active during the day. Im 16. My goal weight is 170, I think for my build and height it would be fine. So yeah I could use some help. Thanks
I want to lose...at least two pounts a week.

BTW again. Im fairly active.
I ride horses about 4 days a week. Not just trail riding, the type of riding where you really do use your leg and stomach mucles (english).
I try to go on the treadmill as much as I can, but I get really lazy about it. If I do go on it, I try to stay on for 30 mins. Powerwalking and running.
 
Your maintenance level is over 2000 calories per day right now, so anything under that, you should lose weight. That means if you go over 1400, even up to 1900 or 2000 by accident or whatever, you'll STILL LOSE. I know, it's crazy. But it's true.
