Sport snacks before bed

i know cottage cheese is best .. but anything else .. i just cannot
stomach that crap .. i dont care what is in it ..
any other options ?
 
Nor sure how good this is but personally i take a small bowl of cereal with skimmed milk. Never have any problems sleeping.
 
A whey shake with flax oil will do great or some kind of casein blended shake. The idea is to keep your body from catabolism through the night and the fat will help slow the digestion of the protein.
 
even some chicken breast or other lean meat, egg whites...something with protein to tide you over through the next 8 hours.
 
and when would u eat as ur late night snack ? like 1hr before bed ?
i got to bed around midnight most of the time .. so around 11ish >?

could it be like a scrambled egg ? or should i stick to egg white
