Sport snack bars

...or power bars, or health bars, or just snacks...

what are some recommendations of some healthy snacks(that i dont have to cook/prepare)? preferably something not too disgusting tasting that i can eat a couple times a day.

fresh fruit
unsalted nuts like peanuts, almonds, walnuts, even cashews
an ounce of cheese (moderation on this one)
protein shake
