When I went grocery shopping, it was overwhelming trying to figure out which peanut butter to get. From what I could tell, they all say they are all natural so I looked at the ingredients and picked one that only had two ingredients: peanuts, salt. Smuckers creamy peanut butter. It has good flavor and I liked it but it does take a little bit to get over the fact that it has to be mixed good because the oil seperates. (Not a firm peanut butter) I'm use to the jelly running over the side of my bread but not my peanut butter. Yes, I know that peanut butter has a lot of protient but it also has a tremendous amount of fat. If I eat two tablespoons of it, there is 16 g of fat out of my 40-50 grams for the day. Is there a peanut butter out there that is better than the one I chose?
