I've never been a huge fan of smoothies (healthy ones anyway...) but I think I've found a good one.. just thought I'd share the recipe
1/2 banana
3/4 c strawberries
6 large spinach leaves
1/3 c nonfat greek yogurt
3/4 c lowfat milk
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
pretty simple.. but keeps me full for a long time!
