Weight-Loss Smoothies for breakfast?

Just wondering if that would be a good way to start the day - with a big nice fresh fruit smoothie? :)

Im not much of a breakfast person, but I enjoy smoothies.. lol :D
 
certainly ... keep it to fruit and crushed ice and include some kind of berry for protein and you have a perfect breakfast :)

So far I have half a mango, a banana, orange juice, low fat yoghurt and im planning to buy protein powder or a multi-vitamin powder today .. yay lol
