Hello i want to welcome me in this forum and i will post every day a new recipes for weight loss
these smoothie Recipes are geared towards boosting your energy levels, metabolism and fat
burning potential
Smoothie #1 Tropical Green Energy
This smoothie recipe is loaded with tropical fruits and rich in antioxidants and Vitamin C. The Matcha
Green Tea powder adds a subtle taste and is one of the richest sources of the antioxidant EGCG, which
helps metabolism and speed up weight loss. If you are looking for a tropical treat high in vitamin C and
powerful antioxidants – blend up a tropical green energy.
½ Cup Orange Juice (Not From Concentrate)
½ Cup Coconut Milk (No Sugar Added)
2 tbsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
½ Frozen Banana
½ Cup Frozen Mango
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into a blender and whiz
2. Enjoy!
 
Hey, thanks for the smoothie recipe. I will definitely try this. I am a smoothie lover as it easy to make, tastier and healthy. Even I make few when I m on weight loss diet.
Make sure whatever you use, use organic no canned stuff.

Take following and put in a blender:

2 cup pineapple
1 cup spinach
1 apple
2 tbsp honey

This will not only help you with weight loss but also with the good bowel movement.
 
My wife & I are usually busy on weekends, & lunch tends to be a quick smoothy.
The base is a 10 oz protein shake (Costco: Premier Protein Vanilla Shake 160 calories/30 g protein)
add 1/3 cup Strawberries
add 1/3 cup Blueberries or Pineapple
add 1/2 medium banana.
Mix in Blender.
Makes a 16-18 oz smoothy, about 410 calories
 
Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

1/2 banana
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 cup ice cold skim milk
Procedures

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Enjoy this smoothie as a mid-morning snack or before you work out for a boost of protein, dietary fat, and fiber.

These all have to much fruit to assist with weight loss.

2 tble spoons protein powder (Hemp is best)
300ml Coconut water (no additives)
2 celery sticks
1 handful spinach leaves
If you need to sweeten(2 strawberries or 4-5 blueberries/rasberries)
 
2 cups spinach
1/2 bell pepper
1 cup kale
1/2 cup peaches
1/2 banana
4oz beat juice
4oz apple juice

sounds disgusting but it is delicious!... if made properly
