Okay awesome.
Because I'm carb-cycling presently to drop this last bit of body fat (3 low days, 1 high)
On the low days, I try to consume about 100g carbs, and around 200-300g carbs on the high days.
And I just noticed that today I am at about 120g carbs for a low day! A bit upset at myself, but tomorrow is my high day.
As for timing meals, I switch the intervals between 3 and 2 hours between meals, eating 5 meals a day.
