I'm a small mixed martial artist. I weigh 130lbs. I'll be cutting 5 lbs of water weight when I compete(down to 125lbs).
I don't train with anyone my size, and I've been wondering what kind of strength an athlete my size tends to have.
For example, I weigh 130lbs and my 1 rep bench press is 210lbs. Compared to the guys I lift with it's not very much at all. So, as far as strength goes, do athletes my size tend to be much stronger than me too?
Oh, and I'm 5'7".
