slow weight loss need some tips

This is a normal day for me - Walk about 4 km over 36 min - 10 min after breakfast Cappuccino herbalife shake with extra protain - around 7:50

10:00 skyr and banana

12:00 Cappuccino herbalife shake with extra protain

14:00 skyr and banana

16:00 protain bar

17:00 Walk about 7 km over 73 min

18:30 - 19:00 Salat mix cabbage,cucumber.Tunafish

23:00 - 23:30 sleep time

Drink about 2-3L water over full day... list below is not in correct order just to see how normal day eating looks like

Cappuccino herbalife shake 2X per day - 575 kcal - protain 55,4g

skyr.is 2X 326 kcal - 34g protain

2X egg 198 kcal - 12g protain

Banana 2X 357 kcal - 4,4 protain

herbalife protain bar 1X 140 kcal - 10g protain


Mix of cabbage,cucumber.Tunafish - 100 kcal - 23g protain . both kcal and protain are only from the tuna


about 2-3L water


total 1696 kcal - 138,8 protain


With most calc on internet say i need about 2000 kcal and 160g protain

want to drop about 2 pounds per week im about 250 atm been doing this routine for 50 days now, do i Need to eat more ? or train more, to hit that goal :D thanks
 
ok me bad

this works fine. lost 7.3kg over 30 days and 17CM from legs abit much but quess it will slow down abit now or we see after 28 days
