Slow release Protein...

What do you guys make of this?



At the moment I just eat ham, chicken or tuna before going to bed... would I be better off taking casein protein?
 
Perhaps dividing between meat, veggies, cheese and a protein shake is a good idea.
 
I usually have cottage cheese or lean meat before bed.
granted that's also my post post workout meal, so it kinda means I shouldn't have a shake then...but, I think whole food at bed is best.
