Slimming World is the main competitor to Weight Watchers in the UK.
They have been in business for forty years now and are therefore well established. In fact I understand that SW has been the largest slimming organisation in the UK since 1996.
I am a member of both Weight Watchers and Slimming World - and actually believe that the Slimming World program steers people towards healthier food choices.
I know that they are just beginning to expand their operations into the USA market this year.
There have certainly been other SW people on this forum in the past. I just wondered whether any were currently about...
