Hey guys,
I started the Slim in 6 program this week, and I just had some questions for anyone that maybe has done this exercise method. By the way I borrowed the DVDs from a friend so that's probably why I don't know some of this stuff.
1. How can I know how many calories doing one of the DVDs burns? I would like to be able to incorporate this into my calorie count.
2. How many days are you supposed to do the Start It Up video before moving on to the Ramp It Up and then the Burn It Up? I just did RIU for the first time today (4th day) and couldn't get through it. I felt like I was going to faint and had to stop half way through.
3. Since I couldn't complete RIU, should I go back to SIU or should I continue to do RIU with more breaks? I thought exercise was not very effective if you interrupted it.
Also, I was *very* discouraged that RIU is twice as long as SIU. I didn't expect that, I thought maybe it would be a little longer but have more intense exercises. One of my favorite things about SIU is how convenient it is and how you feel like, "Ok, just 25 minutes, I can do that, I have time for that" and they show you the countdown while you're doing it so you can think you're already halfway through or whatever. But when I was attempting RIU today, I felt like, "I'm going to die and there's still 20 minutes left!"
Just a little bummed about that is all. Anybody done this program and can give me any tips? Thanks!
