hey all. i notice i'm getting slight but long-lasting headaches after my workout...doesn't happen everyday, but i can't pinpoint ONE thing that causes it. i'm definitely drinking enough water, so i don't think dehydration is an issue. i eat 5oz of meat every 3hrs and eat a pretty balanced diet throughout the day. i don't take anything pre or post workout except for my meals which i usually get about an hour before and an hour after the workout. suggestions/help please
