Sport slight headaches post workout

hey all. i notice i'm getting slight but long-lasting headaches after my workout...doesn't happen everyday, but i can't pinpoint ONE thing that causes it. i'm definitely drinking enough water, so i don't think dehydration is an issue. i eat 5oz of meat every 3hrs and eat a pretty balanced diet throughout the day. i don't take anything pre or post workout except for my meals which i usually get about an hour before and an hour after the workout. suggestions/help please :)

How new are you to lifting?

This could be totally unrelated, but I'll just share my experience. When I started lifting seriously back in November, I would get headaches. Sometimes I would get it, right in the back of my head, on the first lift. It sucked, but I dealt with them for 3 weeks or so and they stopped, and never came back. I always kinda thought it was related to my body being shocked by this new activity I was putting it through. Again, could be totally unrelated to your situation, but just thought I'd share.
 
not new to lifting, but new to all the cardio i've been doing for the past couple weeks...could be a similar situation as yours

since no one mentioned anything (yet) about a pre or post workout shake/snack, am i right to assume that 'cause of how/when i'm eating that i don't need anything pre or post?
