I was just wondering if there is any negative effects from sleeping after training. At present most mornings (save Monday and Thursday as I have to go to uni after training) I will wake up at around 4.15-4.30am, go to rowing training till about 7-7.30am at which point I'll usually have breakfast and then go back to sleep for 2 hours or so until the next set of training.
