I'm not really sure if this should go into nutrition but I couldn't think of a better place. I don't get the reccomended 7 - 8 hours of sleep everynight. I'm borderlining 5 - 7, sometimes i'll go wild and get 8. I just don't have the time for it really. School and work really kick my ass. How bad is it if I uhh... just didn't sleep one night?
