Just a little about me...
I'm married with two teenage girls, and I own a dove release business. I'm also employed with a local funeral home. I stay busy busy busy. My business is called Sky Angels, Snow white dove release. Hense my forum name. ;)

I've been in fitness now for several years. Having moments of seriousness andwith boot camp!:sleeping: And felt like a needed a change of pace. And also a booster. So I hired a personal trainer. Some one that won't let me wimp out so much. She is also my boss' daughter.

I'm currently 5'3" (which I guess won't change :D) and 132 lbs. (which probably won't change much either). And that's fine also, as long as I can look in the mirror and feel good about myself.

I had 2 C-section with my girls, and had the typical pooch. So last August, I had a tummy tuck. Not so happy with the result. Better, just not what I expected.

Oh! It's time to head to my class...Will update this later! :)

I release doves for funeral and weddings! Actually they are white homing pigeons, aka Rock Doves. Therefore, once released they return to my home and return to their lofts.

They are the reason that I started working out! I felt guilty asking them to do something that I wasn't willing to do!
See, they are like athletes...they must fly daily to keep fit. In order to do the distance I ask them to do. They have a God given homing ability, and I am more like their coach. I take them out 10-20 miles and let them fly home. Then, I feed them a high protein grain and vitamin water.
These days no need for daily exercise...I have had a funeral everyday for 2 wks. And they get their exercise, and I get paid!
They are amazing creatures! True athletics of the sky!

Ok...

Diet so far...

Whey/water shake pre w/o
Whey/soymilk, banana after w/o.

Snack-3 celery sticks with natural PB

Lunch-Ezkeil sprouted tortilla with Natural Wholly guacamole with spring mix salad.
FF yogurt with 1 scoop of whey. (Thanks Sparrow for this delious ideal.);)

Snack-Handful of almond

Dinner- 2, no 3 slices of pizza! Yeah, I know! It's the family's fault! :p But I didn't eat any of the dessert pizza, THAT'S STILL IN THERE!:rolleyes:
Come on family...EAT!!!!!!!


Did bootcamp for 1 hr this am.

Lunch-Mexican rest
Had to go to MO. to get my dove feed, and there's a favorite little mexican rest. there, so my best friend from HS and I stopped and had lunch.

Snack-almonds (handful)

Dinner-Chicken salad (plain) just the chicken breast over spring mix with spritzer cesear dressing.


Worked out with my personal trainer (Whitney) for one hour.

Very sore this AM...:eek:but good sore!

Well I forgot...then helped hubby clear out a fence roll last night. We're building a creek beside our house. We had a great time together!
I love being outdoors! :jump1:
