Skipping & OR "Jump roping"

it's cardio, so it's good for all over fat loss... it's also good for coordination... (boxers use skipping rope for training for those reasons, I believe)

Wow Maleficent, loving the replies :). Thanks alot :D. Tough I have another Q, how much total exercise (Cardio) should one do a day?
 
I'm not 100 percent sure without looking it up but generally its 30 minutes every other day with strength training on the off days...

and i'm not sure of your gender, if you are going to do skipping rope and are the least bit busty - get a good sports bra, boobie bouncing isn't good for boobies... :D

Haha! I'm male :p . Really? I been doing 15 mins cardio when I first wake up. The half hour cardio at 12. Half hour cardio at 3. And about half 6 - 7 I do half hour weights and half hour cardio... ;) Maybe I'm doing too much? I'm 19 btw.
