So I have started to get back into a routine of eating healthier and exercising. I am doing well so far, about a week into it, and looking forward to seeing some results.
I am young, 21 years old, but I am concerned about my metabolism.
After I convinced myself to being living healthier, in combination with getting more active this week, I have really lost my appetite, to an extent of not eating anything the other day. I didn't do this on purpose, I just never felt hungry and had a busy day so there was no time to feel the effects of not eating. The next morning I woke up, still didn't feel hungry, but forced myself to eat a nice breakfast just so I could have some food on my stomach.
So, my question is, what's up with this? How can I go from eating everything in sight 2 weeks ago to skipping meals and not feeling hungry or weak (even after doing 45 minutes of cardio!)
I must admit that I am losing weight, but I know that I am also destroying my metabolism as well. I am very worried about this, I feel like I am doing so well right now, and I would hate to "plateau" the weight loss in a few months because I am not eating enough during the day.
Any words of advice? Thanks in advance!
