Sport Skintone and eating healthy!

I have noticed that since I started eating really good (about 2-3 months) my skin looks amazing! There is a HUUUUUGE difference in smoothness, appearance, just the overall look. My skin looked good before, but now its just amazing!

My point: Eating good does amazing things; not only you feel better, but it affects other areas you may have not been expecting! :cool:
 
Fish Oil is great for skin as well. The more you find out about why you are eating healthy, the more benefits you will find too :)
