I'm really new to all of this fitness stuff, and I just looked up "skinnyfat" and that is the definition of me (No muscle definition except in the legs, fat in my stomach and thighs and am slightly fat in the upper-arm area). I want to be able to, you know, not be skinnyfat anymore. I know I have to do cardio but I'm not sure what kinds of weights I should be doing. And what kinds of foods I should be eating. If anyone can help that would be great.
(Oh, and yet another thing: I'm horrible at endurance when it comes to any kind of sport or exercise.)
