Skinnyfat 14 year old looking for help

I'm really new to all of this fitness stuff, and I just looked up "skinnyfat" and that is the definition of me (No muscle definition except in the legs, fat in my stomach and thighs and am slightly fat in the upper-arm area). I want to be able to, you know, not be skinnyfat anymore. I know I have to do cardio but I'm not sure what kinds of weights I should be doing. And what kinds of foods I should be eating. If anyone can help that would be great. :)

(Oh, and yet another thing: I'm horrible at endurance when it comes to any kind of sport or exercise.)

You're probably "horrible" at endurance because you aren't exercising on a regular basis. The only way to get better is to keep exercising on a regular basis. And you're only 14? I don't know if you're male or female, but chances are, you're not finished developing yet. You're body will continue to change for a few years, but starting strengthening and cardiovascular exercise now will help your body composition throughout your growth. What equipment do you have available to use, if any? Or are you planning on going to a gym? As for nutrition, the main things that you should try to avoid are the processed and/or sugary foods (soda, juice, sweets, baking, "white" bread and pasta, etc.)

If you give us a few details about what you currently eat, then we might be able to help more. As a general rule, eat lots of vegetables and fruit, mostly lean meats or meat alternatives, and try to eat more whole grain products than "white" products. Do you have control over what you eat at your house, or does someone else to all of the cooking?
