alright so basically, i'm really just having trouble with choosing what to eat everyday! and i know that sounds pretty stupid but it's true. i just don't know that much about nutrition and i'm realizing now that i should really start eating more healthy.
i'm 19 years old about 5'5" and 130 pounds-ish. as you can imagine, i'm really skinny and up until now i've never really had too much of a problem with that except now i'm starting to wish i could be a little more.. lean? i don't know the right word. i find it hilarious to imagine myself with huge muscles or something like that, and that's not what i am after. i'm after a body that doesn't look too skinny but is not like a bodybuilder or something. honestly? i'm a pretty short guy and i just want to have a more toned body without looking odd. i apologize if my description confuses you (i really don't know much about these terms to say the least) but i hope you can sorta grasp what i'm talking about.
anyways, the main reason for my post is that i just don't even know where to begin! any help at all about some great diet plans + workout routines to achieving the muscular yet lean figure i described? thank you so much!
