I saw an infomercial last night for this program. It seems to good to be true or whatever..but the idea is alot of what I have already heard. Many people believe that its not always WHAT youre eating that helps you lose weight its WHEN and HOW you eat it..which is what this program focuses on.

I mean its pricey..$5.95 per week..but the promise is that if you pay for the first 6 months, theyll give you 6 months free and wave the $30 starting fee

Scam or No? What do you all think

Its not going to be a magic bullet, if thats what you're asking. Without knowing anything about the program, I would guess it sounds at best like a one-size-fits-all eating plan. If you're hell-bent on spending money, hire a real nutritionist who will tailor an eating plan for you and only you. But keep in mind, this program or any other will not do anything to help you lose weight that you could not do on your own without spending extra money. If I had to guess, 99% of people who claim they've "done everything they possibly could" to try to lose weight on their own before turning to pills, mealplans, supplements, surgeries, etc. probably in reality haven't.

As the previous poster said, if you really want to spend money for a diet program, it's probably best to consult a nutritionist so you can figure out exactly what you should eat, how much, and how often. From what you've mentioned of the program, it probably has you eat several small meals throughout the day rather than three larger meals.

Honestly, I would just take the time to evaluate your current eating and exercise habits, and figure out where you can cut back or substitute nutritious options. Unfortunately, no diet plan is going to be a quick fix or do all the work, no matter how much you pay for it.
