Hi, Im 6,2 am 130 lbs and 16 years old. I look freakishly skinny. How can i gain weight/muscle? i have been working out for months and I started at curling 20 lbs per dumbbell at 3 sets of 8 reps. I still cant lift any more than that or do more than 25 pushups in 1 rep. Is there something im doing wrong? i have even tried eating protein bars after working out too, but with still no luck :/ Please help?
