I'm looking for something that can help me get my goal calories of 4000cals/day. I'm going to get 2500 of those calories from this special meal plan and the rest from a weight gainer hopefully.
Is this a good ratio in between the whole foods and weight gainer? Should I make it 3000 cals from the whole foods instead? Plus anyone know any good weight gainers for cheap that are available in Toronto Canada? I have never used a weight gainer before and this is my very first bulking phase.
I'm 15 at 120lbs 5'9" or 5'10".
